Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The first information report discloses that seven F.I.R. named accused committed the alleged occurrence as the informant claims that the deceased disclosed the name of F.I.R. named accused when the informant reached near the deceased and informant claimed to have seen the F.I.R. named accused fleeing from the place of occurrence, but the impugned order shows that in course of investigation, some witnesses disclosed the name of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11878 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 petitioner on the basis of rumours and thereafter, some witnesses appear to have seen the petitioner going towards the place of occurrence. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.415 of 2015.
