This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghosi PS case no. 140 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 323, 325, 504, 307 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that there was a quarrel between both the parties whereafter, the accused persons had assaulted the informant and the prosecution side resulting in injuries to the informant side.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60226 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 2/2 herein and the present case arises out of case and counter case and both sides have received injuries. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and the petitioners have clean antecedents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi PS case no. 140 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
