The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he got information from Branch Manager of State Bank of India , Gujrat that a customer of State Bank of India Chandi Branch has been asked to deposit money in Account No. 34325168747 and account No. 34325163747 so that he may get his lottery. After receiving the letter he will have to deposit some money in the State Bank of India. Petitioner wanted to close his account but he was arrested. From the possession of the petitioner 6 A.T.M. cards were recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
