Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406 and 408 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is, allegedly, defalcated Rs 1, 98,650/- for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 21.12.2015. Admittedly, petitioner was employee of the informant and before institution of the aforesaid case, he reported the informant that some criminals snatched the aforesaid amount from him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sadar P.S. Case no. 671/2015.
