The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.04.2019. He further submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown and petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused namely Sanni Raj.

Case No. 246 of 2019.
