2. Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.779 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on prearrest bail.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
