2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, five F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, armed with deadly weapons, came at the door of the informant and started to abuse. It is further alleged that co-accused Samshad Ali caught hold of the father of the informant and this petitioner assaulted him on his head by means of iron rod as a result of which he died during course of treatment.

4. Considering the specific accusation of assault resulting in death of the father of the informant, prayer for
