The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt but he has not been put on T.I. parade although he is in custody since 27.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014.
