2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for directing the Respondent Authorities to consider the prayer of the Petitioner for settlement of land in view of the Order dated 07.02.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2313 of 2019 by which liberty was given to the Petitioner to approach Authorities concerned for raising his grievances;

(ii) for directing the Respondent Authorities to issue Settlement Purcha in favour of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11855 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 Petitioner in view of the Government Circulars by which there is a provision of settlement of land for a person like the Petitioner who belongs to the Scheduled Caste Category;

(iii) for grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the Petitioner found entitled too.

3. After some argument, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner shall be approaching fresh petition along with the supporting documents before the Collector, Aurangabad (respondent no.2) in next four weeks.

4. if such petition is preferred alongwith the supporting documents, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad shall take up the matter to its logical conclusion preferably by 31.03.2026.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
