The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. The father of the deceased Remi Devi made allegation that his daughter was killed by her husband, father-inlaw, mother-in-law and brother-in-law and her dead body was left at the house of Indal Yadav. Pinki Devi, sister-in-law of the deceased, disclosed that mother-in-law Draupdi Devi, brother-inlaw Akhilesh Yadav and husband Bhavesh Yadav brought the dead body of the deceased on an auto-rickshaw and dropped the same in her courtyard. Pinki Devi did not disclose the name of petitioner no. 2 who is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased who are in custody for about eight months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea, Dist.
