JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be younger brother- in -law of the deceased and admittedly, father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of regular bail whereas mother-inlaw of the deceased has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Moreover, the husband of the deceased appears to have already been sent to jail custody.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.Case No. 234 of 2014.
