2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Munger Mufassil P.S. Case No. 185 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 385, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution story, in short, is that the accused persons, over a land dispute, hatched a conspiracy and murdered the informant's son by firearm injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. The specific allegation of firing is against co-accused namely, Rakesh Yadav and Neeraj Yadav upon the orders of co-accused Ram Pravesh Yadav. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 09.04.2025 and have one criminal antecedent. The co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10233 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 12650 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, there being no specific allegation of firing upon the deceased against these petitioners as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties
