2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 324, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution story relates to abuse and assault to the informant and his family members by the petitioner and other co-accused persons. Specific allegation against the petitioner is of giving garasa blow on the head of the informant resulting into profuse bleeding and she became unconscious and fell down.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48823 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 and counter case between the parties. Both parties have received injuries in alleged occurrence. Petitioner and informant are agnates. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 3.6.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Pali PS Case No. 01 of 2023.
