Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, his name came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused, who was arrested on the spot. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.08.2015 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 19 of 2015.
