The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with K. Hat P. S. Case No. 272 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioners set the informant Pooja Devi on fire after pouring kerosene oil over her body, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
