The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that only material against the petitioner is that confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 29.01.2016, but no T.I. Parade has been conducted and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13446 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015. m.p.
