Petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.402 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that near Jehanabad Railway Station, one person was trying to run away with motorcycle, who was arrested by the police. He disclosed his name as Arun Kumar (petitioner). One Hero X Pro motorcycle was recovered from his possession. He could not produce any valid paper with regard to the motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has wrongly been arrested by the police merely on suspicion. There is no case filed with regard to theft of aforesaid motorcycle.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.402 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
