JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2024 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 11.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35591 of 2024 for correction in the year of the P.S. case and also for extension of time period of surrender.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial court due to mistake in the year of the P.S. case as in place of 'Sarsi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023' it has wrongly been typed as 'Sarsi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2003' in the main petition. Learned counsel prays for correction in the year of the P.S. case and also for extension of period of surrender.

3. In the light of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and averments made in the petition, the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56762 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 dated 11.06.2024 is modified to the extent that in place of 'Sarsi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2003' let it be read as 'Sarsi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023' and time of surrender is also extended by four weeks.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
