An objection is being raised by the petitioner in the representative capacity against selection of a site for construction of Aangan Bari building. The construction has been approved by the respondents at Yadav-Kanu Tola, Nagpura in the district of Buxar.

A grievance of such nature where the decision is to be taken according to the guidelines provided in this regard by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4271 of 2014 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 State respondent(s) would not be entertained by the Court. However, as it has been submitted that in selection of the Aangan Bari centre the respondents have grossly violated the guidelines issued in this regard. The petitioner is granted liberty to ventilate his grievance before the respondent District Magistrate for consideration and disposal in accordance with law. Be it noted, this Court has not recorded any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner. Further it is observed, f any such representation is filed, the same shall receive disposal at the hands of the said respondent at the earliest. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U
