ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 15.7.2014 passed by the Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Banka, in Cr. Appeal No. 58 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 3.3.2014 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Banka, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2013, G.R. No. 2247 of 2013.
It appears that only two witnesses are left to be examined and, hence, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
However, the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.324 of 2015 dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Board, Banka, is directed to complete the examination of the witnesses positively within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. He shall send the details of the two witnesses to the Superintendent of Police concerned along with a copy of this order for production of the witnesses in the Court below.
