Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.09.2015 on the accusation that stolen dynamo was recovered in front of house of the petitioner but Annexure-2 to the petition reveals that stolen dynamo was produced by the informant himself before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
