JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order vide memo No.173 dated 01.07.2021 issued by C.D.P.O., Dumari Katsari.

(ii) For the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17352 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/3 Certiorari for quashing the letter No.4129 dated 10.09.2018 issued by the Director, I.C.D.S., Government of Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder Educational Certificate of Nepal is not valid for the appointment of Sevika/ Sahayika.

(iii) For the issuance of an appropriate writ, order direction to the respondent to cancel the appointment of respondent No.8 namely Smt. Anupama Kumari on the ground that petitioner has possesses higher marks from the selected candidate therefore grant her in favour of appointment letter on the post of Sevika.

(iv) For the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, order or direction to the respondents eligible to consider candidate her for as the appointment on the post of Sevika as the institution from she passed the Matric Examination from SHREE SANSKRIT SECONDARY SCHOOL, RAUTAHAT NEPAL is valid institution as per list published by N.I.O.S."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
