Petitioners are languishing in custody since 12.01.2016 in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the observation and order passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 11848 of 2016, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners.
