The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 oif the Negotiable Instrument Act.

The present FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by the informant in which it is alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 4,00,000/- on different pretext but did not return.

It is submitted that the co-accused has already been granted bail. No chit or paper was produced to show that the petitioner has ever received money from the informant. The agreement is forged one.

No.14974 of 2016 (3) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Ara Nawada P.S.
