2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs

Patna High Court CWJC No.10371 of 2026 dt.24-07-2026 2/3 or directions to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary during the working period since 20.10.2022 to 17.11.2023 petitioner had working and discharging the responsibility as Nagar Shikshak at Girl Primary School Tenduni, Nagar Parishad Bikramganj, Rohtas alongwith reasonable compound interest and compensation thereof in accordance with law."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation before the District Programme Officer (Estab.) Rohtas on 21.12.2023 (Annexure-P/8). He further submits that the District Programme Officer (Estab.) Rohtas vide Letter No. 1345 dated 03.04.2024 (Annexure-P/9) has written a letter to the Block Education Officer, Bikramganj, Rohtas for payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner after verification of his educational certificate but till date nothing has been paid. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide Letter No. 7822 dated 18.08.2023 (Annexure-P/6) the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna sent the verification report to the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Bikramganj, Rohtas.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, the District Programme Officer, Rohtas, i.e., Respondent No. 6 is directed to pass a reasoned order after looking into the claim of the petitioner in the light of verification report received before the Executive

Patna High Court CWJC No.10371 of 2026 dt.24-07-2026 3/3 Officer, Nagar Parishad Bikramganj, Rohtas within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The concerned authority is also directed to make payment to the petitioner, if any amount is payable to him within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
