The petitioner is said to have fired on the injured and the injury report of the injured prima facie corroborates the allegation. Learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that there is cutting in the injury report of the injured and as a matter of fact, the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to previous enmity but I am not, at all, convinced with the above-submission of the petitioner.

Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
