JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Seen the report submitted by learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur wherefrom, it is evident that after recording statement of accused, the case is lingering for defence. That being so, the ball has gone to the court of accused. However, if cooperated by them, then in that event, the learned Lower Court will dispose of the case by 03rd October, 2016.

In the changed circumstances, I do not see any cogent ground to allow the prayer of the petitioner whereupon, the same is rejected.
