This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of assault by dagger against co-accused Dinesh Choudhary and nothing specific alleged against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016.
