JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019. Learned counsel has drawn the attention of the Court on the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she voluntarily stated that she has accompanied the petitioner and later on she joined the wedlock with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45128 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 164 Cr.P.C., the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,Aurangabad in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018.
