JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 344, 366 and 370(3) of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that two daughters of the informant were taken away by co-accused Karan on the pretext of giving job in orchestra party and petitioner is involved in such racket and the girls were handed over to the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that whole allegation is false and his wife has been granted bail and he is in custody for 10 months.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the victim girls in their statement have stated against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
