JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 24.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36621/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that case is fixed for supply of copies to the accused. Similarly situated accused Ashok Yadav has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56702/ 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of trial, let the

No.48270 of 2022(4) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Supplementary Alauli PS case No. 385/ 2018.
