This application has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to remove encroachment made over the public land bearing Khata No. 1715, Plot No. 2913 and Khata No. 1716, Plot No. 2905 having P.S. No 135, situated at MauzaNayagaon, Dist-Vaishali and conclude the proceeding of Public Land Encroachment Case No. 09 of 2015-16.

3. The Circle Officer, Sahdei Bujurg, Dist-Vaishali is directed to dispose of Encroachment Case No. 09 of 2015-16 in accordance with law after hearing both the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is another plot which is also under encroachment. The petitioner has already filed an application dated 10.03.2023 before the Circle Officer, Sahdei Bujurg, Dist-Vaishali. The same also be concerned by the Circle Officer, Sahdei Bujurg, Dist-Vaishali.

5. The encroachment proceeding must be concluded within six months of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
