Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 177 of 2011/37 of 2011 arising out of Narhat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2010 registered under Sections 323, 341, 337, 338, 397, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and later on section 302 of the I.P.C. was added. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 24.03.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 33889 of 2013 by this Court with direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months and if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. Now, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charges have been framed on 29.06.2011 but till filling of the case not even a single witness has been examined.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc A.D.J. IVth, Nawada in connection with S. Tr. No. 177 of 2011/37 of 2011 arising out of Narhat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2010. Out of two sureties, one surety must be close relative/parents of the petitioner.
