This petition is for regular bail for the offence under Sections 457,380 and 411 of the I.P.C.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. There is only material on the basis of discloser of the petitioner recovery was made from the house of co-accused, Govind Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seized articles are made of silver like material and gold like material. However, he further submits that the seized articles were not put on test identification parade. The petitioner is in jail custody since 4.2.2016.

Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of
