The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 22.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 31000 of 2014 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months. It has been contended that till date even charges have not been framed.
Regard being had to the period undergone by the petitioner in custody and the observation made by me in the earlier
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20060 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 order dated 22nd September, 2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014.
