The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions trial No. 210A/13/3/15 registered under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, though, petitioners have named in the First Information Report, but except suspicion there is nothing against these petitioners. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case no. 66 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 210A/13/3/15.
