JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the Vigilance.

The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 7/8/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of demand of money and was apprehended red-handed while accepting the bribe money for doing the official work of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2015. It is further submitted that other co-accused has been granted bail by the court below vide order dated 23.4.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21329 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.7/2015 arising out of Vigilance Case No.16/2015.
