The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kargahar (Barhari O.P.) Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2019. He further submits that the victim is major and in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. she has admitted that at her own sweet will she married with the petitioner and she is living with him.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let
