Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 16/17 of Unlawful Activity Act were also added. Taking into consideration that rupees two lacs counterfeit notes are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with A.T.S.
