2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 354, 376, 511, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner entered into the house of informant and tried to commit sexual assault with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 11 days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature and seriousness of allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is
