The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case,the petitioners are said to have assaulted the nephew of the informant on his chest leading to grievous injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 11.4.2022 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after four months. The petitioners are in custody since 19.6.2021.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the FIR, liberty granted to the petitioners in the earlier order of rejection dated 11.4.2022 and the petitioners having remained in custody for more than one year, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case no. 379 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
