The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30925 of 2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that to earn their livlihood, petitioner is worker and was at Delhi where he was facing money scarcity due to nonpayment of his wages by the Contractor. Apart from the said fact, he was unable to move as he was suffering from leg injury. Hence, he could

Hence, the petitioner prays for extension of surrender period. It appears from order dated 15.11.2022, that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but he did not comply with the order for more than nine months.

In view of the causal approach adopted by the petitioner, in complying with the order of this Court, I am not inclined to grant further period for extension. Modification application stands dismissed.
