The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's son by the accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and no eye witness to the alleged occurrence.
Learned APP appearing for the State on the basis of the case diary has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that there is much circumstance that the call was

No.58323 of 2021(4) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 made by this petitioner shown before this occurrence and from perusal of the case diary at para-27, it appears that on 30.05.2021 at about 20.13 hours and 20.16 hours respectively petitioner through his mobile bearing no.8521531636 had contacted the deceased on his mobile having no.7070367233 and the postmortem report also shows that the death was not in natural.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
