The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have abducted the minor daughter of the informant. The victim in her statement has supported the accusation against the petitioners. As such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
