The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It alleged that the petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with 'garasa'.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report does not reflect any injury on the head of the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
