JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that there is a defect in the order dated 9.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52198 of 2015 to the extent that in the page no.2 of the order, the expression "to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge 5th, Gaya in connection with S.T. No. 674 of 2015" has been wrongly typed which should be "to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in Tr. No. 674 of 2015".

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid error has occurred in the order of this Court because of typographical error in the bail application itself in paragraph no.1 as also in the prayer portion.

Accordingly, the order dated 9.2.2016 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12411 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 Misc. No. 52198 of 2015 is modified only to the extent indicated above.
