JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2025 Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. Madhaw Pd. Yadaw, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Ms. Kalpana, learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board in which, in paragraph no. 12, a statement has been made that the petitioners had suppressed the material facts regarding their termination while placing the matter before the Anudanit Pradhikar and in absence of this material facts, the Anudanit Pradhikar was led to pass the order dated 20.06.2019 in Appeal No. 50 of 2019.

3. The petitioners have denied the said fact in paragraph no. 6 of the reply to the counter affidavit in which, it has been stated that petitioners have given information in paragraphs no. 6 (xii) and 7 (iv) of memo of appeal filed before the Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar.

4. In above view of the matter, the petitioners may get the order dated 20.06.2019 passed in Appeal No. 50 of 2019 executed by the Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar in view of the fact that the same was not functioning during the Covid-

Patna High Court CWJC No.17347 of 2021(3) dt.21-04-2025 3/3 19 pandemic period and the writ petition has been preferred during the said period.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
