Petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 01.10.2015 in a case registered under sections 328, 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased committed suicide as some petty family feud took place between the deceased and her husband but the petitioner has been roped in this case being father-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in Darihat P.S.
