2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Korha P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge Exclusive Excise Court No. 2, Katihar.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
