The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 787 of 2012 arising out of Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2011 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 302, 386, 387 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Munger.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner was refused vide Cr. Misc. No. 32557 of 2013 on 11.03.2014 by this Court on merit taking into consideration the nature of allegation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
